Do you think you are at risk for developing Osteoporosis?

The answer might surprise you.

FREE SEMINAR - OSTEOPOROSIS: TAKING STEPS TOWARDS BONE HEALTH

The Spinal Research Foundation is offering a free educational seminar on osteoporosis, delivered by Dr. Christopher R. Good of The Virginia Spine Institute.  Join in person or through an online webinar!

Many people believe osteoporosis is an inevitable part of aging, or that it isn’t serious enough to worry about it. But the numbers are staggering: 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men over age 50 will have an osteoporosis related fracture in their lifetime. The good news is that you can take steps to protect your bones and reduce your risk of osteoporosis.  Dr. Good will provide a comprehensive overview about risk factors, screenings, prevention and treatment for osteoporosis.

Dr. Good has extensive training and experience in the treatment of complex spinal disorders with special expertise in non-operative and surgical treatment of adult and pediatric spinal deformities. In addition to the latest techniques in spinal reconstruction, Dr. Good is also trained in minimally-invasive and motion-preserving surgery. Click here to learn more about Dr. Good.
