You may pay your hospital bill online using MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Payments are processed within two business days, and there is no fee for making an online payment.

Online access to account information is not currently available. If you have any billing questions, please call the hospital or clinic billing staff at the numbers listed below.

For hospital billing, please call the Virginia Spine Institute Business Office at (703) 709-1114. Business Office hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday.

For clinic billing, please call 703) 709-1114. Clinic billing staff are available between 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

What if I don’t want to pay my bill online?
You can pay your hospital or clinic bill by mail, using a personal check or MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Please refer to your hospital or clinic statement for payment instructions.
