Our organization gives a whole new meaning to 'workplace wellness' by strengthening employees’ minds and bodies through continuing education on a weekly basis and daily subsidized group exercise and wellness classes. These two functions come together on our annual Education Day which comprises a day-long series of curriculum combined with physical challenges. In addition to making our patients feel valued, it is important to recognize the hard work and dedication of each team member. With the stress and demands of our industry, we embody the motto “work hard, play hard.” Reward comes in the form of monthly department recognition events, "work birthday" celebrations and gifts, concerts, black tie galas, and in office bake-offs…just to name a few. Relationships continue to be built beyond the work day resulting in higher office camaraderie, trust within teams, and strong dedication to the overall mission of the organization. Our purpose of improving lives extends beyond the office into the community. It is with great pride that an ambitious team of coworkers have formed a philanthropic outreach program. Through this program, our team has taken part in community outreach events amounting to over 1,500 hours each year to improve experience, function and well being for those in the local and national community.
