VSI is honored to receive national recognition as one of the Top 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare 2016 by Becker’s Hospital Review. Healthcare organizations that submitted nominations were considered as well as those that previously garnered national, state or local recognition for workplace excellence. Virginia Spine Institute has previously earned “Top Places to Work” recognition from both The Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine. Additionally, Becker’s Hospital Review reviewed the organization’s benefit offerings, wellness initiatives, and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and a sense of community among employees.

Meet the organization: Since 2005, VSI has been recognized by the National Spine Health Foundation as a national Center of Excellence. With one goal in mind — improving of the lives of those who suffer from neck and back pain — its team of over 75 professionals has garnered national recognition.
