Katie possesses a love of sports medicine and commitment to provide the utmost quality care to all patients. She specifically tailors every treatment to the individual, utilizing a holistic approach, to make rehabilitation meaningful and fun, whether it’s to play in the championship game or to play with the grandkids! Some of her past full-time clinical experiences included EXOS, where she participated in NFL Combine preparation and athlete rehabilitation, as well as DeMatha Catholic High School and John Handley High School athletics. While attending graduate school, Katie received recognition and acceptance into ‘Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges’, as well as the Shenandoah University Graduate Alumni Award.

Growing up by the ocean and swimming her entire life, Katie likes to think of herself as a reincarnated mermaid! She is also a self-proclaimed yogi and vows that one day she will own two miniature Dachshunds: Beatrice and Dante. In the meantime, Katie loves working with her students as an adjunct faculty member at Shenandoah University for Anatomy and Cadaver Lab dissections.
