Our academy style camps are designed to teach young athletes how to move more efficiently no matter which sport they compete. For 2 hours a day, athletes will learn effective training techniques that will enhance their performance while staying healthy, avoiding injury, and sustaining the demands sports may put on their young body. Whether your child is a recreational athlete or competing at an elite level, they are sure to see and feel a difference in the way they move within one session. Baseline tests are conducted during the first session and are repeated throughout their program to track their training results.
