Upon your arrival at our state-of-the-art facility, you will have access to the top specialists in spinal surgery, non-surgical treatment, neurology, regenerative medicine, pain management, and spine-specialized physical therapy. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to make your process as smooth as possible and deliver the most effective results.

Our concierge experience is designed to take care of you in a time of medical crisis. We will coordinate all of the necessary components of your experience; from the first virtual consultation, to your accommodations, and through the final check-up with your surgeon. Our exceptional patient care goes hand-in-hand with our surgical expertise. Leading the world in the use of technology, our surgeons have improved safety and precision in surgical procedures and were the first in the world to utilize the most advanced robotic guidance system (Mazor X™ Stealth Edition) to perform complex spine surgery. We have a dedicated team of New Patient Coordinators who will answer your preliminary questions and serve as your concierge through your virtual visit. Through electronic image sharing, you may even be able to connect with a specialist same-day

During this virtual consultation, your doctor will learn more about your symptoms, discuss your medical history and review your current imaging. This allows us to make a plan prior to you traveling to our office.

After your virtual consultation, your dedicated scheduling specialist will coordinate your in-office appointment(s) – this will include any recommended diagnostic tests or imaging your doctor recommends.

Once you’re here, we’ll discuss and confirm your customized plan of care.

Once you and your doctor have agreed on the best path forward, your personalized plan of care will be performed. With options ranging from surgery to regenerative medicine to injections and physical therapy, we’re equipped to make sure you get the care you need and deserve.

Your road to recovery starts as soon as your procedure is completed. Between your doctor and our specialized physical therapists at VSI Physical Therapy, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to recover

Of course, some patients need to return home prior to beginning physical therapy. Rest assured, our team is here to ensure your recovery and rehab are managed even after you’ve returned home.
