In your initial session with Latasha, she goes beyond the ordinary, keenly listening to your goals and concerns. With a strategic and personalized plan, Latasha is committed to getting you back to your activities pain-free. Her expertise lies in sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and Swedish massage.

Latasha’s approach to improving soft tissue health is shaped by years of experience with athletes who constantly push their limits. Known for thinking ‘outside the box,’ she ensures her clients receive exceptional care, tailored to their unique needs.

Hailing from Hampton Roads, Virginia, Latasha relocated to Northern Virginia in 2014, where her journey includes the honor of working with active NFL players and retired professional athletes. She also served as the go-to Sports Massage Therapist at a renowned franchised institution in Virginia Beach.

When she’s not honing her massage therapy skills, Latasha loves spending quality time with her friends and family, including her three adorable nieces. Latasha finds solace and joy in traveling to the Caribbean, indulging in the beauty and serenity of the islands.
