Washington Business Journal Names VSI “Best Places To Work” For 4th Year!

The Washington Business Journal has recognized Virginia Spine Institute for the 4th time as one of the 2016 “Best Places to Work” within the Washington D.C. area. The “Best Places to Work Awards” were developed to recognize local company achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. Results are determined based on an employee survey that evaluates everything from team effectiveness and trust in senior leaders, to workplace flexibility and feeling valued. Only 86 companies were chosen this year out of nearly 3,000 nominations.
