From inquiries about your insurance coverage, conditions we treat and the range of treatments available, our coordinators are equipped to provide the information you need. Once you have the answers you need, your New Patient Coordinator will help get you scheduled as quickly as possible. With reserved appointments with each provider daily, our new patients can often get in same-week.   • If you are seeing VSI Physical Therapy, your appointment is on the 1st floor
  • If you are having a procedure, your appointment is on the 6th floor
  • If you are having an office visit, your appointment is on the 8th floor
