Doctor of Integrative Medicine
Susan Brady brings a rich diversity of experience and knowledge to the healthcare profession. She has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years, treating individuals with a wide variety of physical ailments. During her early days as a physical therapist, she began to explore other factors that contribute to one’s health, healing and level of well-being. She quickly realized the value of integrating nutrition along with other alternative therapies into physical therapy. She went on to receive a Doctorate of Integrative Medicine, mastering the variety of alternative treatments and therapies available through complementary and alternative styles of medicine. She has continued on with her studies to focus on the nutritional aspect of integrative medicine as a Certified Nutritionist and is still seeking further certification as a Nutrition Specialist through a Post Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Susan believes that nutrition is the foundation to optimal health, effective healing and prevention of illness. She will work with you to help you achieve your true health potential through proper nutrition.
