Sheri Jean
Meet Sheri Jean, a vibrant and compassionate Physical Therapist at VSI Physical Therapy. Hailing from California, Sheri embarked on her journey in healthcare by earning her B.A. in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science from the University of the Pacific. She continued her education at Marymount University, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Sheri’s strength lies in her ability to forge genuine connections with her patients. From those grappling with balance dysfunction to postpartum mothers reentering the realm of exercise, Sheri’s patient-centric care transcends the traditional. She doesn’t just aim for a return to prior function; she aspires to guide her patients toward becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.
Beyond being a Physical Therapist; Sheri is an advocate for a fitness-forward approach to healthcare. Recognizing that optimal outcomes arise when all aspects of an individual’s health are realized, she employs a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond addressing the patient as a whole.
Outside the clinic, Sheri is a dedicated CrossFit enthusiast, actively pursuing her fitness journey. Whether she’s challenging herself at her local CrossFit gym or trying out new restaurants, Sheri embraces a lifestyle that reflects her commitment to health. And when it’s time to unwind, you might catch her indulging in a bit of reality TV. Sheri has a lively and occasionally temperamental 9-year-old Jack Russell mix named Gary, which adds an extra dose of energy and companionship to her daily routine.
