When walking, focus on posture (tall through the spine, head and shoulders back), take slightly longer strides, and keep a good pace. If symptoms appear after walking for a certain amount of time, stop walking just short of that threshold to rest and repeat the cycle again if you are able.

Viral posts are saying regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy do not work. That is not the full story.

In my practice, I have seen patients regain mobility and significantly decrease their pain with carefully selected regenerative medicine treatments, including stem cell therapy. Our goal is to activate the body’s healing process with evidence-based care.
